In addition, she created and leads the Procurement Innovation team which manages Global Procurement strategy, corporate policies, the Supplier Code of Conduct, vendor risk management practices, corporate training, systems & tools, analytics and employee professional development.   Nicole is a 12 year veteran at eBay and very passionate about the company’s values and mission.  Prior to procurement Nicole worked in various roles including FP&A, Internal Audit, Finance Project Management and Operational Excellence.
